Studies have linked a toxic work culture to have a negative effect on the psychological well-being of employees.
As HR Professionals and Business Leaders, we must strive to ensure our org culture is:
- Conducive.
- Give room for learning and growth.
- Encourage creativity.
- Empathetic.
Life is already pretty complicated. Let’s not add a toxic work culture to the reasons employees can’t sleep at night.
